When to book a post-construction clean
- Wait for the last trade. Book once painting, flooring and fixture work is finished, so new dust is not created after the clean.
- Let dust settle. Fine drywall dust can hang in the air for a while after sanding. Booking a day or so after the final work helps.
- Tell us the scope. A note on which rooms were renovated, or whether it is a whole new build, helps the team plan the visit.
- Make sure water and power are on. The team needs both to clean properly.
