Moving is a long list of jobs, and cleaning the place you are leaving usually lands at the very end, when you are tired and the truck is already loaded. A move-out clean takes that job off your plate. Because the rooms are empty, our team can reach the floors, corners and baseboards that furniture normally hides, and the home is left ready for the next person.
We clean for tenants handing back a rental, owners getting a home ready for new buyers, landlords and property managers turning over a suite between tenancies, and people moving in who would rather start fresh before they unpack a single box.
What a move-out clean covers
Every move-out clean is done by a team of two who arrive with their own cleaning products and equipment. The work focuses on the jobs that matter most when a home is empty:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout
- Dusting surfaces, ledges and baseboards
- Cleaning bathrooms and mirrors
- Clearing cobwebs from corners and ceilings
- Removing the garbage left from the clean
- Windows on request (inside, and outside when the weather allows)

How to get the most from your move-out clean
- Book for after the movers. The clean works best once furniture and boxes are out, so the team can reach every floor and wall.
- Leave the power and water on. We need running water and lights to clean properly.
- Book before the walkthrough. BC tenancies normally end with a move-out condition inspection, so schedule your clean before that appointment, not after.
- Share access details. Let us know about lockboxes, parking, buzzer codes or elevator bookings in your booking notes.
- Take photos afterwards for your own records before you hand over the keys.
Moving between areas? We work across Kelowna (including Rutland, Glenmore and the Mission), West Kelowna and Lake Country, and the starting rate for a move-in or move-out clean is the same $480 in all three.
How booking works
Pick Move In / Move Out in our online booking form, choose your area, then pick a date and time. Your final price shows as soon as you select your area. You can also use our booking page, or call, text or email us if you would rather talk it through first. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
If the home has been lived in for a while and needs more than a standard handover clean, our deep cleaning service may be a better fit, and new builds or freshly renovated homes are covered by our post-construction cleaning.
